Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Manuscript should be prepared according to the following author guidelines in the MS Word article template. The length should be between 3.000-10.000 words.

Author Guidelines

  1. Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished in the English Language
  2. The work should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere, or extended version of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals.
  3. All manuscripts must be submitted to ACITYA Editorial Office by Online Submission at journal portal URL: (https://journals.umkt.ac.id/index.php/acitya/index) where author register as Author and/or offered as Reviewer online.   4. The manuscript should be prepared according to the following author guidelines in the MS Word article template. The length should be between 3.000-10.000 words.
  5. Cite the main scientific publications on which your work is based. 
  6. Cite only items that you have read.
  7. Do not inflate the manuscript with too many references. Avoid excessive self‐citations. 
  8. Avoid excessive citations of publications from the same region. 
  9. Check each reference against the original source (authors’ name, volume, issue, year, DOI Number). 
  10. Please use Reference Manager Applications (we suggest Mendeley or Endnote).
  11. Prior to submission, the author should attach the result of the similarity check or ask the editor to do so.
  12. Two types of manuscripts are acceptable for publication: Original Research Articles, and Literature Review Articles.
